Anthony Saunders is a superbly talented aviation and marine artist who possesses a superb grasp of the speed and power required when portraying aerial combat scenes.
He is particularly drawn to the artistic rather than historic side of his artwork and will spend many hours researching each composition to ensure that it is historically accurate and technically correct.
His recent Dambusters work is really brings to life the most famous RAF bombing raid of World War II and would make a fine addition to any collection. His breathtaking skyscapes and rich colours used in his oil paintings suit many other subjects which include historical scenes of the Crimea and Waterloo
